Prime Resource Limited Warranty

You have purchased a product that incorporates a modular lift device. This component unit comes with a two year manufacturer's protection plan administered by Prime Resource Entertainment Systems, Inc. The Plan begins on the date of the sales receipt and covers the modular lift device and parts warrantied by the manufacturer, or an assigned service company. The sales receipt is required whenever service is needed to verify consumer coverage and the date the product was purchased. If you purchased a floor sample, you must purchase a minimum term Extended Service Plan offered by the manufacturer and/or its assigned service company at the time of sale, or within thirty days of your sales receipt.

Covered
The lift device and parts are protected against operational failure during normal use- they are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship. The service and labor to correct defects are also covered for the first six months, provided that the failure of the product is due to factory defects and not unauthorized changes to the manufacturers installation. The proper power level (110 volt outlets) with surge protection must be used with any and all installations. The products must be serviced according to original manufacturer's standards. Prime Resource Entertainment Systems will only honor service provided by authorized service centers. If the consumer cannot locate an authorized service center and the place of purchase cannot assist the consumer in finding an authorized service center, Prime Resource Entertainment Systems must be notified ASAP so that they may assist in locating an authorized service center.

Not Covered
The lift device and parts are no covered under this protection plan if subjected to abuse, misuse, vandalism, negligence, natural disasters, and/or Acts of God; or any use where the manufacturer's installation has been changed. Commercial use is not covered unless special instructions and written authorization is received from the manufacturer.

Notice To The Consumer
THIS PROTECTION PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE. This is a service and product protection plan for the consumer, provided by the manufacturer of the lift device and parts and/or its assigned service company. This plan covers the first two years on parts and the first six months on service labor. This component unit may be enclosed in furniture but the PROTECTION PLAN IN NO WAY COVERS SAID FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER ENCLOSURE of the lift device and parts. In our instructions for the plasma TV or LCD, etc., are suggestions for installation. This warranty and service plan in NO WAY cover said units.

This protection plan gives you specific rights. You may also have added rights, which vary from state to state.
